Terms & Conditions

What we agree to, in plain words.

Who you are dealing with

GladLoop is the trading name of a sole proprietorship registered in India (Udyam registration UDYAM-DL-06-0222118). Full contact and address details are on the contact page. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean GladLoop; "you" means the person or organisation buying a service.

What we sell

Website design and development, WordPress, Webflow and CMS work, accessibility review and remediation, software development, and advertising services. Every engagement is defined in writing before it starts — a quote, a proposal or a short scope note that lists exactly what is included, what it costs and how long it takes. That written scope is the agreement. Anything not listed in it is not included.

Payment

Work begins after payment is received. Fixed-price work is quoted in full before it starts. Larger builds may be split into stages, with each stage invoiced before that stage begins. Monthly services are billed in advance each month.

Prices are quoted in Indian rupees or in your own currency, and are stated on the quote before you pay. Where Indian GST applies it is shown separately on the invoice. Payments are collected through Razorpay; card, UPI, netbanking and international card payments are supported. Bank charges levied by your own bank are yours.

What you own

When the final invoice for a piece of work is paid, you own the result: the code, the designs, the content we produced for you, and the accounts they live in. We hand over the keys. We keep no lock on your domain, your hosting or your logins. We may keep a copy of the work for our own records and, unless you ask us not to, refer to the finished project as an example of our work.

Anything we owned before the project — our internal tools, templates, checklists and scanners — stays ours. You get a permanent right to keep using it inside the work we delivered to you.

What you provide

Content, images, logins and approvals, within a reasonable time. If we are waiting on something from you, the timeline moves by the length of the wait. We are not responsible for delays we did not cause.

What we do not promise

We do not promise search rankings, traffic, sales or any specific business outcome.

On accessibility work specifically: we do not use the words "compliant" or "guaranteed". Accessibility conformance is judged by regulators and courts, not by a vendor. What we promise is honest, hand-verified testing against the WCAG success criteria we name in the quote, a written record of what we found, and the fixes we agreed to make. No audit or remediation, by anyone, removes the possibility of a legal claim.

Third-party services we may set up for you — hosting, email, payment gateways, plugins — are governed by their own terms and their own uptime. We are not liable for their failures or price changes.

Liability

Our total liability for any claim connected with an engagement is limited to the amount you paid us for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profit, lost data or business interruption. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Ending an engagement

Either side can end an engagement in writing. What happens to money already paid is set out in the cancellation and refund policy. Monthly services can be stopped before the next month begins; we do not lock anyone into a term.

Confidentiality

Anything you share with us about your organisation stays private. We will sign your own non-disclosure agreement if you have one.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Delhi have jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your project is the one published on the day you paid. Questions: hello@gladloop.com.
